Multumesc

Succes !

Tecsun S-8800 AM/LW/SW/FM Field Radio With Remote Tecsun S-8800 AM/LW/FM/SW/SSB Portable Radio Update : The long wait is over – the new Tecsun has hit the streets and will no doubt garner lots of attention among radio listeners everywhere. In an age where manufacturers seem to be producing increasing numbers of inexpensive radios of every conceivable description this new Tecsun clearly takes aim at what has become the high end of the portable radio segment. Initial price checks show a range of about $279 – $340 with different shipping options but I expect that once the initial orders are filled things should settle down a bit. I was lucky enough to get a special deal from Anna of anon-co.com and I thank her for helping me to get a review sample quickly. The S-8800 has a rather complete feature set along with a few innovations which we’ll discuss, but first here are the basics: Specifications: DSP/PLL/ Hybrid design Triple Conversion Class A/B type power amplifier/”ultra-dynamic full-range” 4” speaker Bass & Treble Rotary Controls Remote Control for direct station entry and most other functions Frequency Range: FM: (Selectable) Tuning Steps 10 KHz/100 KHz 64 – 108 MHz 76 – 108 MHz 87 – 108 MHz 88 – 108 MHz LW: 100 – 519 kHz (tuning step 1 kHz or 9 kHz) MW (Selectable) 522 – 1620 kHz (band step 9/1kHz for Asia / Africa / Europe) 520 – 1710 kHz (band step 10/1 kHz for Americas) SW: 1711 – 29999 kHz (tuning step 1 kHz or 5 kHz) with SSB (Single Sideband mode) SSB tuning steps: 10 Hz / 1 kHz Tuning Methods: Tuning Knob for manual tuning Auto scan tuning with 5 second stop on each station Direct frequency entry using the remote control Station Storage Methods: Manual storage: tune into stations manually and store them Semi-auto storage: choosing which stations to save during auto scan Auto Tuning Storage (ATS): automatically tune into and store stations FM-stereo via headphones or Line Out Adjustable shoulder or hand carrying belt 650 station memories Stored stations memory browsing Auto Sorting Memory: Sorts all stored stations according to frequency and removes duplicate station frequencies.
